The Mud Tub is an interesting experiment with interaction from artist and hardware/software developer Tom Gerhardt while his work is never exactly not practical it’s cool too see artists experiment with other forms of interaction. Weather it be fire or mud or electrons. When it comes to The Mud Tub the artist says:

Sony’s motion controller looks like a vibrator.

This device, will be making it’s debut at GDC 2010, neat, but lets be honest here, look at it. It screams “personal massager.” The glowing red ball doesn’t help either. I can’t be the only one thinking it. Who was the product designer on this thing? More info on this gem over at Kotaku.
