I found a new favorite blog. Run by a gentleman named “Joe,” Playful Interfaces is another game UI oriented blog. Joe hasn’t updated it in a while, but he’s covered some great topics. Give ‘em a read, add him to your RSS in hopes that he will update us some more. Glean knowledge. Some of my favorite posts was his writeup on Fun Loading Screens, and his 2007 Game’s of the Year (based on UI, something I might consider doing myself) and my very favorite, his article on Fitts’s Law. The latter has been making the rounds on Twitter the last few days. Enjoy!
